Three Times a Brunch Event is Exactly What You Need

Brunch is one of the most versatile meals there is, and it’s appeal doesn’t stop at the menu. Brunch means rolling out of bed at 11:30 and still getting scrambled eggs. Brunch means having the best of both the breakfast and lunch worlds. Here are three times a brunch is exactly what you need.

1. For a Work Event.
Getting everyone in the office together can be a tough task, so luring them in with food and drink is a good idea. An alternative to having yet another too-long, vapid meeting in the conference room, get out of the office and reward the team for their participation by taking them to brunch. Getting into a different setting (and getting nourishment while you’re at it) can get the juices flowing and get some good ideas out there.

2. After Wedding Brunches.
Another perfect time to throw a brunch is right after your wedding. The day after wedding brunches are a perfect way to thank your guests for coming, help them nurse those hangovers, and get a chance to see everyone one last time after all of the commotion and stress of the Big Day itself. Brunch dishes are usually light (and the drink menu will thankfully include some hair of the dog drinks) so it’s the perfect meal for anyone who had maybe a little too much celebratory drinks the night before.

3. Any Holiday, Ever.
Sunday brunch is the most popular, but there are a number of times during the year that a brunch is exactly what you need. Brunches are perfect for celebrating birthdays, but there are enough holidays in the year that you could probably get away with having a Sunday brunch at least once a month.
