An existing pre-owned home may need modifications, which can be costly renovations. Custom home builders can work with the owner to make the right floor plan and design for the home so that no changes are needed at the end of construction.
2. Energy Efficiency
Another way that luxury custom homes actually save the owner money is that they are often more energy efficient than older homes. Buying a custom home means that the owner can choose the appliances, toilets, and other things that use energy. Choosing green and energy efficient appliances is going to lower monthly utility bills. Additionally, since the home is new, it will be weatherized and efficient. For example, homes that don’t have weatherstripping see between 30% and 40% heating and cooling loss.
3. Less Maintenance
