Springtime is a good time to clean out the clutter in our houses, as well as the clutter in our minds. I also eat good, cleansing foods to clear the toxins out of my body.

I clean out my house, go through my clothing, give the things I don't use to the poor, watch what I'm eating, get back to being healthy and cleanse my body. I also try to become more connected with myself. |

I always clean out my house in the spring. I also start a new exercise program, and spend more time outdoors jogging. |

I try to do at least one water fast and a couple of short juice fasts. I try to meditate outdoors as much as possible. |

Because I recently had cancer, I have been “spring cleaning” for a few months now. My daily routine includes healthy eating, supplementing with vitamins and minerals, meditation, exercise and prayer, as well as regular colon hydrotherapy sessions. It has been three-and-a- half months with a complete change in lifestyle, and I am now cancer-free!
